I'v been working as a professional recording and mixing engineer in the music industry ever since I graduated from the Institute of Audio Research in New York. My first gig was as an assistant engineer at Platinum Sound Recording Studios on Manhatten. I have extensive experience with high profile clients from working at multiple commercial recording studios in New York, LA and Oslo. I also worked a few years as a on site recording/mixing engineer for RCA & Sony/ATV music publishing in Los Angeles. I specialize in Pop, Hip-Hop, Rnb, Indie, Edm and I'm always seeking to challenge my self as a mixer in any genre of music. 

Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

Working as an engineer for Sony/ATV was very rewarding. I was the cheif engineer and in charge of the daily operation at a studio called the Treehouse at Paramount Recording Studios in Hollywood. I worked first hand with the most talented people in the business and learned many valuable lessons.

What are you working on at the moment?

I'm constantly working on many different projects for producers, artists, songwriters, musicians and record labels world wide.

What are some of the best studios you have worked at?

It's been so many but Platinum Sound, Premier Studios and KMA in NYC. Paramount / Encore  / Amerycan, The Village, Serenity, The Boom Boom Room, Pacifique Recording Studios in LA.

Analog or digital and why?

I like the combination of both and my set up is a hybrid of analog and digital. It gives you the best of both worlds and the way technology have advanced it offers flexibility and a smooth work flow.

What's your 'promise' to your clients?

To be an extension of their vision, not reinvent the wheel but simply enhance the art they'v already created.


What do you like most about your job?

The creativity and all the great music I get to work on and listen to.

How would you describe your style?

My approach to mixing is all about the dynamics. 

What type of music do you usually work on?

Hip-Hop, Pop, Indie, Rock, Rnb, Edm, Singer/Songwriter.

What do you bring to a song?

I see my self as a tastemaker and I like to think I have excellent taste when it comes to music. To any given song I bring my taste, creativity, musicality and experience. 

What's your typical work process?

Organizing the audio files and the session, editing, tuning/comping, mixing, mastering.

I have a hybrid set up with hardware and software configured together. Mac Pro, Pro Tools, Focal Trio6 B, Genelec 1030 A, Eucon Artist Mixer, Rupert Neve Designs 5059 Satellite 16 x 2+2 Summing Mixer, 6176 Universal Audio Vintage Channel Strip, SPL ChannelOne, WM1 Brauner Tube Mic, UAD Plugins, Waves Plugins.
